Trainer Kelly Breen is a race horse trainer from New Jersey. From January to April, he trains horses at Palm Meadows training facility in Boynton Beach, FL. He is one of the few trainers who has a hands on approach in all steps of the training process. With a team of grooms, skilled jockey's, and a veterinarian, he trains over 20 horses for a single owner.
